Gordon Cole is a Noongar leader, businessman, and change agent with an extensive career spanning business, government, and innovation. Before establishing his highly successful enterprises, G Cole Consulting and Cole Supplies, he worked across several State and Federal Government agencies, building deep expertise in governance and strategy.

Gordon is the co-founder of B4.ai and B4.ai Pty Ltd and has a genuine passion for digital technology, cloud solutions, AI and innovation. He recently completed the Innovation Catalyst Program at the Global Innovation and Institute Management, further cementing his leadership in emerging technology.

In 2025, Gordon was honoured to serve on an international judges’ panel of the United Nations’ AI for Good Innovation Factory “Pre-Final Round” pitching competition, at the AI for Good Global Summit in Geneva, Switzerland. He also served as a judge for the South East Asian Innovation Hackathon in Perth, Western Australia, showcasing his commitment to advancing innovation both globally and locally.

A graduate of the Murra Indigenous Business Masterclass at the Melbourne Business School, Gordon is also a multi-award-winning businessman, recognised for his outstanding leadership, entrepreneurial success, and contributions to Australia’s Aboriginal and business communities.
